I have seen these (what I call) skids for the bottom of the loader bucket that keep the bucket from biting into the ground as you go forward. From what I gather it acts like a mechanical float device. I saw these advertised somewhere but forgot were and do not know the correct name of them. There are 2 of them 1 for each side of bucket. Anyone know where I can get a pair online?

Edge Tamer is a patented design with several knock off copiers. Many are priced only slightly lower than the original but may lack the functionality. Edge Tamer has accessories which mount on the basic device to increase their functionality. Watch the videos on their site. They have suggested sizes and numbers of Tamers for various bucket widths. I figure it's cheaper to replace them than a bucket worn from floating on blacktop or gravel, but I could be wrong.

Definitely cheaper than replacing the bucket. I don’t remember the manufactures name but they are Very heavy and well made and the color matches perfectly.
