The rear tires on my tractor are loaded with Rim Guard. I went to check the air pressure in the rear tires, but when I push in on the valve fluid comes out. I do have the valve at the 12 o'clock position. Should the fluid level be below the Schrader valve?
This is with the tire jacked up off the ground.

Yes, but it’s also normal to get a little squirt of fluid when you first pop open the Schrader valve even if the valve is above the fluid level. If you get a continuous stream with the valve at 12 o’clock, that would be abnormal for properly filled tires.

It's a continuous flow. Then I guess I should drain the excess fluid out.

Also be aware that "most" tire pressure gauges don't like "liquid" in them ... When filled properly, there is a tiny bit that comes out first, let that out with your finger, then put the gauge on it ... Or get a gauge rated for liquid ...
