Lift arm link broke.

Anyone seen this before. Was on my mx 5200 planting beans lifted up the drill to turn around and boom it broke. By the signs of rust marks, it might have just been a crappy weld. Luckily it happened in the dirt and not on the road because I’m sure the pavement would have really damaged my drill since it broke while the drill was about 2ft off the ground.

Looks to me like you are mud planting....lol I didn't plant anything this year, took the crop insurance.

That looks like a poor weld and can be easily repaired by someone that can weld at least a little decently.
