So I am cruising along blowing snow and all the accumulation on my roof let’s go and lands on the hood. Would not have been a problem if all of it was snow but unfortunately the bottom layer was ice. Broke my damn hood scoop on the LX. I guess when your cab is 70 degrees the bottom layer of snow on your roof eventually turns to ice. I know, not very smart. Hopefully this thread saves someone the hassle I have now.
