Leaking under fuel tank

I have a 1984 Kubota B7200 HST that has a fluid leak under the fuel tank.
I have attached some pictures of the leak. After reading a few posts it seems to be a steering box issue..?? The tractor does not have any steering issues...yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Only really 2 choices, leaking fuel tank or leaking output shaft seal on the steering box.

Clean it up and chase the leak, if it is the seal leaking replace it soon to avoid damaging the steering box.
