Landscape rake

Ran across a local CL ad for a used king kutter xb rake. 5ft, looks great in the pics. Asking 300, talked down to 250 cash. I've never used one, always bladed. Decent price for used piece? Will use with b7100. Any opinions will help.

price sounds good to me, Ive always used a rake for my driveway or landscape projects, but sold mine last year thinking I wouldn't need it anymore. Regretted selling it so I found another one couple days ago and bought it
