I can assure you that you will love having the 3rd function and 4-in 1 bucket. Would never want to be without mine. Tractor is so much more handy with it. Add a grapple and you're all the envy of your friends.:)

I put a call in to my local Kubota dealer on pricing out of curiosty. He didnt have it listed in his 2016 manual so they had to call the manufacturer.

I spoke to my dealer and it was $1600 IIRC. He had a hard time finding in the price book as it was under the grapple section and not buckets. I am considering, but would rather spend on a brush hog at the current time and I have a grapple already.

Now if this was available a year ago I would have asked to work out a deal instead of the standard bucket.

Was that the 'out the door' pricing' complete with the 3rd function valving etc?

Thanks,

Nick

I believe that was just the bucket as I have the 3rd function already installed.

Would love to see one in action on a BX, the Doser function I could use right now as I am building my driveway at the lake. Then again my box blade will work too.

Sounds about right. The LP Grapple was around $1,200 with third function valve kit.

hmmm... looks appealing; however, I assume since they specifically mentioned that it was designed for the BX series loaders, it will not work with the LA534 that is on my forthcoming B2650, correct?

Is there a similar option for the B50 series (LA534 loader with QA bucket)?

I was quoted $1950 for the 4n1 bucket and $679.00 for the 3rd function kit for the BX setup. A little rich for my at the moment.

FYI for one with tractors other than BX, Landpride now has the CB 1060 which is a 60” 4n1 bucket. I just got one. Have to install the third function valve now on order. If I figure out how to post, I will.

Has anyone seen this new Landpride combination Bucket for the BX series? http://www.landpride.com/products/839/cb05-series-combination-bucket
It sounds like a great idea. Doser Blade, Box Blade, Bucket, and Grapple.
I bought a Kubota 4-in-1 bucket with my L6060 but have found little use for it aside from grabbing the occasional (not too heavy) log without mounting the grapple bucket on the 9960.

Be advised that a 4-in-1 bucket is considerably heavier than a material bucket resulting in a corresponding loss of payload.

I had seen these and I contacted Land Pride but they told me they had no plans to offer one for the B Series.

Good point. In my case, I am replacing a 200 lb standard bucket with a 363 lb 4n1. So I give up 163 lbs of fel capacity. I rarely push my fel to the capacity limit so do not see such a sacrifice as outlandish. No question, when you look at just about any attachment, most are designed for a single purpose and some, a few purposes. But they all have compromises. No single attachment does it all perfectly.

Sorry for the update, but is this true? You can't have a 4 in 1 bucket with a B series? That might help me make a forthcoming decision.
