Land pride RTA1558

Looking for advice. Just saw one of these land pride RTA1558 3pt tillers come up for sale. I'm figuring if I purchase this it will allow me to have my own garden and add to my arsenal of available tractor equipment for hire. It's 10 years old and supposedly only been used 8-10 times. Wondering what it's worth? Here's a couple pics of it I borrowed from the craigslist ad. It looks like it's in really good shape. Not sure about the price though.

Another view, asking price is $1100. Does this sound like a fair price?

I am not sure of the quality or operting difference between Land Pride and what is available at Agri-Supply, but you can get a 60" tiller there for $1200, and a 56" Caroni for $1300. I would think that $1100 for the Land Pride would be a little high. I would see about getting them down another few hundred.

It's a side shift model and that is worth extra. Bota Dealer here wanted 1400 for a 48" model that had seen use.
