Land Pride PD 10 - Post hole digger

Anyone have or used one of these?

Looks beefy from the pictures.

How would this compare to the tractor supply model?

I've been searching craigslist for a used post hole digger and I see one listed semi near me.

It has a 9" auger that is 30" long.

Any idea on what a fair price is for this? Says it's never been used.

I have this post hole auger I bought from Agri-Supply for $400. I've used it on about 200 holes so far. Works amazing. I have only broken 1 shear bolt when I hit a huge rock. Shear bolt did what it's designed to do.

I bought the 9 inch bit with it for $109. Highly recommend this setup unless you're looking to dig post holes for a living. I so, I would go with the heavy duty model Agri-supply sells as the above post mentioned.
