I never could understand these snow pushers? Isnt my 48" bucket already a snow pusher? :D

Looks like you found a good solution. I too worked on this problem. My solution was similar. It is probably much easier to lower the shoes than play with the blade. I purchased

Thanks folks. Am 7 weeks out from rotator cuff surgery so will have to wait awhile before I do this. Will call the dealer to see if land pride makes long bolts. Otherwise, will check with Tractor supply.
I replaced the blade on my Land Pride rear blade and added skid shoes. I ended up needing a few longer bolts in this project and Kubota dealer had them.

It is, but when pushing snow it flows out the sides. The pusher collects it better with less side spillage. Plus its faster. Ever watch one of the front end loaders do parking lot with one on? Just imagine it doing 1/2 the width with bucket only....
