Land Plane question

You folks using a land plane (skid steer type), do you put the FEL in float? Am thinking yes but figured I would ask you pros first. Thanks.

I think you should float it unless you need to completely cut out some serious potholes. Float for general and finish work.

Even when floating you can change the aggression with dump/scoop cylinder adjustment, similar to toplink adjustment on 3ph.
