Removed my front blower this spring and a female QA (Red-D-Down) for fel was leaking. Replaced with oem and sold my snow pusher. I loaded on the buyers trailer. Everything ok, then installed my bucket and noticed when I lower it’s slow. Raise rpms and thought it was quicker but it’s debatable.
Compared with my neighbors L3560HSTC and his works like mine use to.
Almost acts like it’s on the edge of adjustment.

update———
I disconnected QA and checked inside fittings-ok.
Seemed fine but after warm up slow moving down. Pulled boot off fel lever and lubricated at lever and at trans.
it works normal if I push hard forward, Twice as much pressure than up.
Two odd observations.
1. If I lock lever it’s in raising mode, slightly.
2. I no longer feel detent for float mode. Previous it had a click feel.
3. Looking at service manual and I don’t think it’s the front loader control valve assembly because FEL lever feels like it has too much forward and rearward play. Can’t find anything in service manual on adjusting the lever?
Thoughts? Thanks

Try unhooking and re-hooking the Quick Connects.

Does it raise at normal speed?

Looks like cable 100 needs adjustment due to play at lever 070?
Also the lock lever should be in neutral position per Fel manual.

FIXED!
Had my wife move the joystick while I looked with a flashlight & saw a locknut rotating on the up-down cable at hydraulic valve. 19mm wrench to tighten but it popped off when I put into float. Had to disconnect cable from valve to get a washer on the backside of bracket at adjustment, one washer on each side of bracket. Fun because it’s in front of bucket tilt cable under seat on right side. Got washers in place loosened both nuts, reattached to valve with blue loctite and set joystick into neutral lock and adjusted both nuts and had to use a wrench on both nuts to tighten. My arms look like I’ve got a rash from cab brackets because of sharp corners. If I was in a shop I would have removed RR tire and metal access panel!

Fantastic! Sorry I didn't lend any more support, but had to mow....

I figured if raising speed was okay, had to be linkage. Takes Quick couplers out of the equation.

Good for you! Job well done! (y)

Shows just how handy those part diagrams can be! :geek:
