Looking for a LA682 loader for my L4300DT. Currently have a LB552 on there and would like a stronger loader.

Thanks!

We see these requests many times, problem is you can rarely ever find one... at least that's what it seems on these forums.

A couple of things you might be able to do is check your pressure in your system to see if it's low. Usually, they are set on the low side. You can gain a couple hundred pounds of lift. Both upping the pressure for the whole tractor and increasing the FEL relief valve.

First you need to get a pressure gauge that will do 3,000 PSI and hook it up with a quick connect that matches your loader. Dead heading it will give you what pressure you have...

I tried to look up what your pressure should be but could not find it... do you have a manual for the loader?

Do you have a WSM (work shop manual) for your model?

Other thing you can do if you want to go crazy, is buy larger hydraulic cylinders for the loader you have. Do you know if a LA682 will even fit your tractor??

Hello there,

Thanks for the suggestions but I don’t want to get into any modifications. This loader will fit but I agree finding one is a long shot.

A more logical idea would be sell your current tractor as is and buy another with better loader specs. Would you want a different transmission? Or more power? (although, the L4300 seems pretty powerful!)

I guess if you find a L4310 with the LA682 loader, you can swap loaders and re-sell it.

You might have a better chance looking at after-market loaders vs. getting OEM Kubota. Lots of times, after-market loaders are rated stronger.
