L47 TLB 2018 No Crank error code 20 while installing wr long third function

[VA L47]

Was installing third function on L47 and everything was good lifted loader for installing attachment shut off tractor went to turn back on all I get is no crank error code 20.

Cannot figure out how to reset code properly

Thank you for the lead I did get it started it appears to have been the foot pedal safety swith
I cycled it forward and reverse numerous times with the key on and the backup alarm started sounding and then it cranked.
