Does anyone know how much an L4540 backhoe attachment weights ?

Not exactly but the 4540 was about the same size as the slightly newer 4560, which I once owned. The 4560 was about 2,000 lbs.

I am not familiar with the L4540 backhoe attachment you are seeking, but IF it is a 3pt. mount BH attachment, it would not be good idea.
There is significant bad history with 3pt. mount hoes.

The L4540 that I have is frame mounted for the L3750 I have, Yes 3 point hoes are light duty only.
