L4400 Loader Intermittent

Hi All,

I have a L4400 with only 430hrs, and the loader just started acting up today. It intermittently works fine, and then will work but very very slow.

- I checked the hydraulic fluid level, the sight glass shows it is full.
- The filter has been changed, I have another filter and could change it
- This tractor has shared transmission/ gear/ hydraulic oil

Check the suction hose on the hydraulic pump very carefully for a crack or split. The hose is located just below and in front of the brake pedals.
