OK - we seem to have that much working. Run the power beyond hose into the oil filler and tie it up so it cannot flop out and spray oil everywhere. Leave the tank hose in the bucket

Now we are gking to test the lift function. Using the quick connects disconnect both bucket hoses from the loader valve leaving just the two boom hoses. Take a picture of those connections.

Start the tractor and move the joystick to raise the loader.

Does it go up?
Do you get oil out of the tank hose when it goes up?
Will it go down?
Do you get oil out of the tank line when it goes down?

Sitting in the seat the power beyond shoukd be the port on the RIGHT side. That port is cutoff on your pucture but if you look at the area I highlighted in blue I think you will find a ID cast into that boss.

I thought 'we' determined that T embossed in the housing meant the hose running down was T and the one heading off the left edge of the picture has the PB plug and hose.

Edit: your test may indicate otherwise.

I thougtt thats what I just said.

I dont believe that valve requires a power beyond plug.

Edit. Let me take that last part back - there is a sleeve in that port  Additional confirmation.

Assuming you still have the hoses hooked up like in post 106, push the joystick to the left and then the right. Which hose gets the flow? Do you hear the relief valve open when you push the stick to the side?

There is nothing going into bucket either if that means anything
How do you know any of thst?

The next think I want you to do is disconnect both of the two hoses going to the cylinders. Do that at the nearest pount to the couplers. Put them in a small can or bucket and test up/down again. That will tell us if the valve is sending fluid out to the cylinders.

There is fluid shooting out.
Fluid is shooting out of where and when?

Are both couplers still connected at valve?

Are both hoses still connected to the couplers?

When ypu move lever down fluid should come out of th we open end of one hose only.

When you move lever up fluid should come out of the other hose.

Is this the situation?

It's good pressure, too. Why is it not raising or lowering? Confusing and interesting.
Thats why we are going through the circuit inch by inch.

We now have verified outflow at both workports. Next up - the cylinders

Reconnect the ends on the two quick coupler hoses.

Go to the lift cylinder on the right frame and disconnect both hoses. Put them in your bucket and repeat the last test. You should get alternating flow as you move the lever from up to down. Watch yor fingers in case the loader decides to move.

If you get flow reconnect the hoses and go to the he left side cylinder and repeat that same test.
