Alright that is seemingly impossible so we will stop and focus here.

Where did that flow go when you operated the loader vslve? It is supposed to go out to the cylinders so lets focus on the circuit going to the boom cylinders.

What is the model number of this loader?

Dan
This is the bold number on loader arm.

The seemingly impossible, a good mystery:). What do we do next? Test outputs at cylinders etc?
Exactly but it would be nice to know s bit about the loader. I have been assuming a Kubota loader valve.

In any event poease take a pictire of the connections on the valve so we have cc a common reference.

Thanks, i kept get getting Ansung links but no match on the number.

Anything strike you as odd in that picture of the loader valve?

Dan
Here's that thread, it was a different model but common problem. I guess I'm missing what's up with the valve.

I wish this was as simple as that one.

As regards the valve I was struck by the relative lengths of the positioner mechanisms on the spools.

I was hoping to see some plumbing. Which spool do you have connected to the boom cylinders? Which ports are P, T, and PB?

Dan
The red hose runs to quick coupler then back to this loader valve connection..

The unmarked hose on block goes to this connection
The porta P on loader valve connects to to the top right on block.
There is a T stamped on loader valve that goes to the blue marked hose on block.. the remaining port on loader valve which is next to T connection goes to red marked hose on block. Too left.

Looking at the block, the B hose should go to implement. That means it should connect to input on loader valve? If so it is connected incorrect.
It is connected to tank line on loader valve

The D on block hose should connect to tank line on loader valve. It is connected to the loader In put . The loader valve P port which has an arrow pointing in. I may be reading this wrong, are these lines reversed?
I switched them and this is what happens ., the bucket raises up when joystick pulled back . When stuck pushed forward to lower, the bucket raises . The other functions dump and tip up do nothing . We shut machine off and bucket slowly bleeds off to lowered position.

Itcappears you have the loader cinnections all f'd up.

We wull have to go through them step by step startingvwith thebones from the hydraulic nlock. Post avpicture of the valve ON THE LOADER.

Take ONE photo that from a greater d I stance so I can see ALL THREE connections at once.

You havE identifief a port marked P (PUMP) and one marked T (TANK). The third one is POWER BEYOND.

P should be connect to upper right port on outlet block

T should be connected to lower middle port onboutlet block

Power Beyond shoukd be connected to upper left port on outlet block

Correct and verify those connections. When you are sure they are correct start the tractor and test the 3pt. Leave the loader alone.
