I recently had a problem with rat nest in the throttle linkage. The throttle failed to return to idle. I cleaned out the nest and lubed the linkage. The throttle still had a problem returning all the way back to idle. I removed the linkage from the throttle arm at the govener and the arm will return most of the way to idle but not completely. Has anyone had this problem and if so what would be the fix?
