Help!!!! I have a L4060 that is sluggish when driving it. This happened a few years ago and the technician spent less than 15 minutes on it and fixed it stating it was a wire that rodents may have gotten into. Unfortunately I was not present when he fixed it but the same issue has happened again and I wonder if it is not an HST issue:

Engine fires up and runs great, but when I start to move the tractor, and press down on the HST, the tractor gets bogged down and drops RPM's and acts like it wants to stall when driving it. When I stop, the RPM's go back up, but as soon as I move forward, it doesn't want to accelerate.

I think there must be a simple solution since the technician previously was on and off my property in 15 minutes.....

I am going to guess a safety interlock. Call the technician.

Not sure where you are since “National“ does nothing to locate your location but if it is cold it could be that you have improper fuel in the tank and it is gelling and restricting the flow.

I had a similar event happen with my truck a few days ago. It was gelled fuel.

I have no idea how cold it is in “National” though? 🤷‍♂️
