L3800HST Price check

Possibly looking to sell my 2014 L3800HST and would like some opinions on what I should ask for it.

500 hours, R1 tires
Front end loader with SSQA bucket
Piranha tooth bar
3rd function
Hydraulics at the rear for log splitter
Kubota metal canopy
Upgraded telescoping stabilizers

Some more small mods.
I know it’s location dependent so I’m in south Alabama. I’ve already looked at tractor house and others but not many of this model for sale.

SWAG, presuming good condition and nice looking paint, $20k give or take a couple/few thousand.

$25k if you don’t mind sitting on it for a long time, $15k if you want to sell it immediately.

That’s along what I was thinking. It’s spent most of the time inside a garage until the last few years in a partially enclosed building. So the paint/plastics are like new.
