Hello, My tractor has symptoms of a dead battery and won't start. It will start by jumping it. The battery is brand new and fully charged. When I turn the key I get no dash lights or anything. If I disconnect the positive from the battery and re-connect I get dash lights one click of the starter and no start. If I try to turn the key again Im back to no dash lights (dead system). Battery has 13V. I tried a new ignition switch and that did not work. Any suggestions?
