I started my tractor today, raised the bucket to back it out, when I put the shuttle in reverse nothing happened, then I checked the gear selector to make sure all was in the proper place, no matter what speed I select I have no forward or reverse. Fluid level is good and clean. also noticed that there is NO steering - steering wheel turns but tires don't
ANY IDEA WHAT MAY HAVE HAPPENED???

According to the service manual, the hydraulic flow from the main pump supplies FEL, Backhoe and 3 pt. The power steering pump supplies the steering and GST valve. As you said you raised your FEL to back out, the problem seems to me to be with the power steering pump or the regulator valve on that line. If you have a Workshop Service Manual, look up Section 8 "Hydraulic System" or if you don't let me know and I will e-mail you a pdf version.

I got mine from E-Bay. If you go this route, make sure that it is a legit WSM as there are lots of PDF versions and so called copies. The original that I bought was about $100. in a used 3 ring binder that was obviously on from a Kubota service dept with grease prints etc. You might also try Messics as they sell official manuals I believe. I tried to get one from them but they do not ship to Canada. Send me a private message with your e-mail address and I will provide a pdf that you can use in the meantime. The pictures in sacanned copies do not show up clearly sometimes so I found it well worth the cost to get an original.

Thanks again for your help! Please send pdf to snow.atv@sbcglobal.net. I will watch E-Bay and check with the dealer on the manual

I am having difficulty getting the file to go through because of the size 24M+KB.
I'll see if I can find a way to split it up or zip it to a smaller size. Here is a link to Messicks and they list a manual for about $70. That may be the quickest if I can't find a way to get it to go through my mail providers server.
