L345DT Gearbox

Good day,

I hope you can help me. I do have a Kubota L345DT. I have redone the gearbox of the Kubota. When it is in nutrali it keeps on grinding as soon as you leave the clutch.

Your shift lever may be in a neutral position but it does not sound as though the gears are. It sounds like an assembly issue.
