L345 questions

New here, just got a l345. Want to see if anyone can tell me what the valve is between the fuel pump and the injector pump. Looks like some kind of bypass? Also missing some things from the dash going to try to add some pics. The key switch seem to have 3 positions i think they are for the lights? front head lamps have two wires so i assume they have hi lo beams? Tractor leaks everywhere and the wiring is a mess but i love it.

If I'm looking at the right vavle I believe that is a bleeder vavle to bleed air out of the fuel line. If your switch is like mine position 1 turns on power to starter switch and other acc. position 2 is low beams and position 3 is high beams. Hope this helps.

Thanks that kinda what i figured, looks like it should pump thru the returns when bypassed. The wiring is going to be a nightmare, but that really helps knowing at least where the light switch is
