Was contacted by my dealer today informing me that there is a Service Bulletin on the L3302 and L3902. Appears on some tractors that they left a plug in the PCV vent hole. It was explained to me that the plug is to keep the hole open when the part goes to paint and some plugs weren’t removed. My dealer asked if they could come out and take a look and correct the issue if it exists. I offered to look for them and they are fine with that. Only problem is, my vent hole is on the backside where I can’t see. I’ll have to find my borescope. Anyway, attached is the bulletin if it applies to you.

No, can’t get my hand back there and don’t have a mirror, that’s why the borescope. I’m a hands-on kinda guy. Sent the scope in today and no plug.
You saved that dealer at least an hour of time (for which presumably Kubota reimbursed him). I hope he remembers that next time you’re in his shop for service.
If I saved somebody a little work and they benefited from that, I’m fine with that. It would be nice if he does remember, but I’m not going to worry about it. Really, it saved me time and kept another pair of eyes from looking around at my property and belongings. Don’t get me wrong though. Had it been something more involved then yes, they would have been doing the work.
it's kind of comical to me, they had the exact same bulletin in I think 2014 for the exact same issues, on the L3301 and L3901 as I remember.
