I have a l3301hst with 800 hours that has recently began failing to start with out starter fluid.

IT will crank but fail to start. I have flushed the tank, cleaned the seperator, replaced the fuel filter, verified the lift pump, bled the system, replaced the SCV on the fuel pump.

But will only start if i give it s small shot of started fluid. once started it seems to run fine. but if i shut down for what ever reason, it will agan need a shot of crack to get it started again

my next thought procces is that the pressure relief on th efuel rail is failing or my injectors are failing.

THERE ARE NO CODES

anyone else experincing this type of issuses

STOP!
#1: You can NOT under any circumstances use starting fluid on these engines.
NO not even the tiny bit that you think your using.

You have very likely already done damage to the engine.
Your next step is to do a compression test and check the health of the engine.
Even then there may be hidden damage that is causing the no fire issue.

The Wolf is telling it like it is.

These Kubotas actually warn against using starting fluid… because of the high likelihood you’ll bend a connecting rod when that stuff pre-ignites.

The compression test is the First thing to check.

ok understand no starter fluid.

this started only a couple of weeks ago at first it was it was fine, then started having extended crank to start, now crank not start.

You need to do a compression test, as doing anything else at this point might just be blowing in the wind.

It's sounding like you have a glow plug issue, that would do exactly what your explaining.
Do you have the WSM?
As it will tell you how to test thee glow plugs and the circuit that feeds it.

As the Wolf already hinted… These Kubotas often auto-activate the glow plugs every start as part of the starter-motor-activation.

Failed glow plugs…Or failed Glow-plug relay… can result in hard-to-start. Another clue can be excessive smoke during start-up.

What is the pressure at the outlet side of the spin-on fuel filter while cranking the engine over, and what is the pressure with the engine running?
