L3240 Digital Fuel Gauge Issues

I have a 2012 L3240 with the digital display. My fuel gauge reads 2 “squares” above empty even after adding fuel. It will drop to 1 “square” and give me the low fuel warning, but even adding 5 gallons of fuel I NLT have 2 squares showing. Thoughts/suggestion?

I cannot find a WSM for your tractor but tractordata.com shows the L3540 as the next series.

The L3540 WSM provides a testing procedure for the fuel tank sensor.

The part number for your tractor's sensor is TD060-31202

The same part number fits the L3540 and many other tractors so the above testing procedure is the right one for your tractor too.
