Dropping load screams defective load check. Just one valve? When you say it won't maintain level do you mean it drifts down over time?

Dan
Hey Dan thanks for responding, no. I have three remotes, and 2 of the three remotes two of the three are suffering the same symptoms. The third I haven’t used for a while do to the pin dropping out of the handle.
On the drift I have to keep tightening or adjusting the load

The purpose of load checks in a valve is to hold the load when a valve is initially operated until pressure in the circuit builds enough to prevent it from dropping. Each valve has its own load check inside so it seems unlikely they would all go bad at the same time.

Drifting cylinder is a sign of a leak either externally or internally. Your remote valves are going to have some internal leakage brand new out of the box and it increases over time. Which direction is the drift - retract, extend, or both?

Hey Dan, again thank you for your input, I greatly appreciate it. Mostly on extending. I run a grapple on one remote and it does the close or extension of the the cylinder. And on the retraction of the the three point hitch, which will drop the hitch when you are trying to float or raise before the hitch is raised.

I don't understand what you are describing.. The grapple lid does not typically hold a load and the 3pt drops when you operate the loader? That's not what I got from your initial post and I am not clear on what you are describing now.

Hey Dan, I m sorry that it became I forgot that I use a hydraulic cylinder as the drag link is on remote 3. So still a remote issue
