L3200 Seat swap

Anyone out there know if I bought a seat for a grand L kubota if it would fit my basic L3200? or does anyone know if I could add arm rests?

I'm going rig some up if I don't find a easy stock bolt on kit .
Done got Use't to them on the m7040 .
