L3010 steering cylinder

My Kubota L3010 ejected the end cap on the power steering cylinder. I bought a new end cap and a lock ring and replaced them and it blew out again. Does anybody know where I can buy a lock ring with a slightly smaller I.D. to replace the one that is originally issued by Kubota?

It sounds like either the snap ring was not set into the groove completely or the cylinder has a damaged groove, I'm betting on that one.
getting a smaller ID ring will not fix the real problem and your still going to have issues.
Post a picture or two if you could of the end.
