L260 Value

I'm looking at an early 70's L260 in good running condition with FEL and backhoe Attachment. Just for light hobby work. Want to get an idea of what it's worth? Any thoughts are appreciated!

Words of caution:
That is a VERY OLD and rare Kubota, getting any parts for it are getting incredibly hard.
It's a 2wd with manual steering so it's going to work the living snot out of you.
The BH is very likely a three point BH, and they are really hard on tractors and break parts in a quick hurry!

Thanks for the reply. He's asking 9k and I'm quickly finding that is way to much.
