I have a chance to buy a plow at a reasonable price.
Its a single bottom 16" plow.
My tires are not loaded (filled).
The ground is fairly soft top soil.
Is this plow too much for my L245F ?
Thanks

Can't speak directly to your tractor but my B2400HSD (4WD) (seems to be a little lighter spec'd tractor than yours) pulls a 14" single bottom plow with coulter without hesitation in similar soil conditions and the owner's manual indicates 14" is the proper size for it.

I found a copy of the owner's manual for your tractor online but it did not have an implement size guide chart.

I agree with all, your tractor should have no problem with it! ;)

Thanks again
The tractor should do fine with that plow. However, traction is important. Turf tires might need chains to give you the pull you want. Worn out agricultural tires fall into a similar category. Regular farm tires will pull until you run out of fuel.
