Hi guys need some advice and this place seems like the very best place to ask. I purchased a B7100 back in the summer and it is proving to be a little to small for the job. I found an L245DT advertised in the farm trader newspaper and the owner is will to consider a trade and cash. 1st question is this tractor as dependable as the one I have? He was asking 6500 for his and it includes several pieces of equipment, rotary mower, fertilizer spreader etc. I'm thinking mine with the 60in MMM is worth 4500. so 2K difference would this be a reasonable assumption? I know there are MANY variables but just trying to get in the ballpark on this thing, it may not happen because his tractor may be a piece of junk but we are very early in this deal and am wanting to see if I should push on.
