One of my lift rams developed a pretty good leak. I believe the correct rebuild kit is PN 70050-00301 for the lift ram. My loader has no identification plate on it but I gather it is a L1200 or L2773? To disassemble the packing cap do you depress the spring clip through the slit window and pull out?

For future reference the bucket ram PN is 70050-93643?

My opinion is pretty unpopular but I will offer it anyway.

When faced with this problem on a B1630 I simply replaced the cylinders with new aftermarket ones. Yes its a little more expensive but a whole lot easier.

I believe that the magic is that is a circular key and that you have to find the ends and get them into the slot. One of the ends will need to be pulled out a little bit and then it is placed on a ramp on the cylinder. Rotate the cap and the key is pushed out of the slot and then you will be able to pull it out the last little part.

Hope that makes some sense but I recall seeing some posts on here that showed that.

I suggest you try to search for them but this site won’t work for three letter words like key…
