Anyone got torque specs for tie rod ends on a L2350DT? Also, one tie rod end has a castellated nut, one does not and the ends are a little different?? Is that correct?? Torque specs would be much appreciated if anyone has them! Thanks in advance!!

Sounds like someone has replaced an end with a cheap after market one.

The Torque is 36.2 to 50.6 Ft lbs

Yes that's heat I'm afraid of.... I guess it's off to the dealer time for the left hand one. The right hand one from A&I seems very legit. But the left hand one is pathetic.

Some manufacturers use a nylon lock nut instead of a castle nut. Good enough for 4000 lb cars hurtling down highway should be good enough for tractor. If i had the option, would be castle nut as it seems to thread up easier and a better feel for tightening.
