Sorry for so many questions. Does these tractors have a float position on the controls for the 3 point hitch? I see there is a rod with blocks on it and it seems to have a position when lifting to let go of the handle and it will go all the way up. I didn't want to mess with the blocks and mess something up or get it out of adjustment.

Three point always float in the down position as there is no down pressure.
The blocks are for limits not floating.
Limits like to not rise or lower below a certain point.
