L2201D hydraulics not working

Tractor has Buhler loader and today in Norther Ontario temp -10c, hydraulics not working.
Any help as to what I might check?
I am told the L2201 is most similar to L245.

If you do not know when the hydraulic fluid was last changed, then likely it it now time to change it.

Often, Kubota mechanics and others with experience will write a date or tractor hours on the filters.

Just a thought, has anyone tried using a magnetic electric heater to warm the hydraulic fluid. I am considering one to help get my old fluid to drain during the winter temps.
