I'm in the middle of replacing the bearings in the steering box.
The question I have is what is the suggested method for getting the new bearing over the steering shaft?
It won't just slide on. I've seen posts in various places on the 'net about disassembling the bearing cage and reassembling it in place...
This is probably easier than I think... just it isn't looking like a simple task from where I'm standing...
Any ideas out there??
Once I get this done, I'm going to try and post a step-by-step...
