L1500 Injector Pump

Hi all, At the rear of my injector pump is a (drain?)pipe with a 90 deg bend that ends about level with the bottom of the engine block. I have noticed an oil? drip on the concrete when the tractor is idling and stationary, what is it likely to be and how do i stop the drip. I assume it also drips when moving.

Probably the engine breather, the element is full of oil from blow-by engine gases, you could clean it out and see how long it takes to saturate the element and drip again or possibly re run it to the intake manifold as new engines do.
