L 175 tire size discrepancy

i need two new tires on my L175 here is the problem

my tractor has
6.50 x 13 goodyear All terrain.

the owners manual calls for
farm tires 4.00-12
turf tires 20x8-10

the rims on my tractor look original and look like they have never been taken off but i have no way of proving that. what is the deal with this. thanks DA

Well if you have 6.50 x 13's already on the tractor and it rolls plus holds air I'd say find another set of whats already on there. The size will vary depending on the type of tire you use. Weather it be an Ag tire R4 industrail or a Turf tire.

i would like a turf tire some thing with some tread. the current ones are like street tires. the tire man is checking on what he can get.
