There used to be Kubota dealer right in San Jose, CA but they are gone now. I wonder if there is local mobile repair technician that services Kubota equipment in the San Jose, CA or South Bay Area?

My rubber tracks are not showing metal yet but I'm wondering how to change them? I know they won't be as easy as changing a tire but I was hoping it was something I could do if I have the right tools.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I can't remember what model I rented. This was quite some time ago so I may not remember all of the steps.

After I threw a track. We opened the grease port and released the tension on the adjuster. Used the bucket to lift that side up a bit. Collapsed the adjuster and worked the track on using the drive sprocket and a pry bar. After centering the track put the plug back in the port, and grease it back into the proper tension. The process took about 20 minutes.
