On the fuel side of things, start at the fuel filter, then work all the way to the pump.

On the electrical side of things, check the fuse panel, then check the stop solenoid and the associated wiring.

I am attaching a trouble shooting page from the WSM.

Note the line item under "Engine does not Start," referring to the oil pressure switch. It is not yet clear to me what the involvement is in allowing the engine to start. Does your low oil pressure dash light go out while cranking the engine?

The WSM is a bit confusing as it covers all world countries.

The engine stop solenoid has two internal coils. One to pull the solenoid off and a second, lower power one, to hold the solenoid in the off position.

Get a simple 12 volt test light and check that the engine stop solenoid is seeing power when cranking.

Follow NIW's suggestions first.
