Kubota zero turn

I have a 2010 Kubota zg227 zero turn mower. There is a lever below the seat that is used to raise/lower the deck. Different from the deck height adjustment knob. That lever is stuck in the up position. What may be the issue?

The lift lock, lift the deck while moving the lever, might take a little encouragement.
