Kubota ROPS replacement program

I have a L345DT thats covered by the ROPS program. My dealer does not know what it will look like only the cost.
Is this the older straight two post style or the newer "light bulb" shaped style. Does it fold?

My L245DT originally had the old style rectangular ROPS, but a previous owner cut it off with a torch. I ordered a new ROPS through my dealer and it is completely different, it's the light bulb shape as you describe.

This is the squared off style and more modern style I am referring to. I would rather not have the squared off version.

I just got the ROPS through the program. For my 1979 B7100 it looks like a light bulb, installed in about 45 minutes. Great product, horrible instructions

GKTILTON, any chance you can share a photo of ROPS installed? I also have a B7100 (approx 1980) got the ROPS thru the program from dealer. It is the newer light bulb style.

My issue is that I have a Sims cap installed. I do not think the ROPS is going to fit with the cap. May need to rework how the cap installs so that I can have the rops on my rig.

Would like to see photos from side and rear to see where the ROPS lands near fenders etc. The unit I received does not fold...

This is the only picture I have here at work. If you want something from a specific angle I will happily take some tonight. It makes my wife laugh when I take pictures of the tractor, since I never take pictures of the kids.

I can take better pictures if we ever get Sun again. Also if yours is like mine the seatbelt mount on the left side is about an inch higher than the one of the right and rubs on the seat. I moved the seat to the middle adjustment setting and it doesn't have an issue.

Could you scan and post the install instructions. I have a B7000 and am having a hard time finding ROPS. The ones I do find are $750. The ones posted on this site are $145 plus a $145 install kit which I would buy except they are not guaranteed to fit a B7000 only a B6000 and B7100. No one seems to have a spec sheet on dimensions!!!

I scanned them as a 4 page PDF and have them available, its about 1.5 meg so if you still want it send me a PM with your email and I will send them out. They were crumpled on the floor and had been kicked a few times so you may notice a smudge or two.

There is a metal tag riveted onto the ROPS that states which models it is intended to be used on. Mine lists 4 or 5 different models from L185 up through L275 if I remember correctly. Maybe someone with a tractor of similar size to yours will chime in and let you know if your model is listed on their ROPS ID tag.

Has anyone here ordered a new ROPS and it was not the new light bulb shaped style?

The one on my B7100 says, B6100 B7100 B5200 B6200 B7200.
