Yes initially they had the hydraulic top link set in the bottom hole and claimed that was causing the issue. They had put me a 3" cylinder for the top link and it wouldn't fit in the top so they put a smaller diameter cylinder and moved to the top position and still does the same thing.
Guys I'm not sure if I explained myself correctly but I can have this tractor in park and slightly raise the 3 point hitch lever and it will shake or chatter not sure what to call it all the way up until it reaches the desired position. When lowering it goes down fairly smooth. When I'm dragging the box blade and it starts cutting and I raise on it a little it starts that jerking it becomes impossible to carry a nice grade. I still have my 2010 L3940 HST which doesn't have the draft control system and appears to be much lighter duty but the 3 point on it is just as smooth as you could expect. I wonder if this M - Series tractor might have been designed with this draft control system to be primarily used to pull plows and other larger attachments that don't require a steady 3 point hitch? Although I didn't order a plow with it, the box blade I'm trying to use was ordered with the tractor.
Nope, the hydraulic system is fouled up. It likely has something to do with a pump problem.
The reason it is smooth going down is that the hydraulic system is just relieving the pressure.
Going up, the pump applies pressure, apparently unevenly in your tractor's case. It is simply not right.
Keep griping to Kubota and go up the ladder until satisfaction is gained. Request a factory service representative to come out and look at your tractor's hydraulic functioning. For some reason, your dealer seems to be dropping the ball.
Back to the "going up and going down" factor. Try tightening the 3 PH lowering speed knob that is under the operator's seat. Then try loosening it. Try several positions.
Maybe the valve is somehow malfunctioning and causing the problem. Can't hurt to try something else to eliminate a possibility.
