How do I get part # 70090-00774 Tip?

I was told by my dealer that Kubota discontinued mfging this part.

Where can a get the engineered measurements to have a machinists make if not able to locate a replacement?

Just found out that the pto universal attachment is no longer available and will ask your suggestions as well if the have this part.
