Kubota L4850 hydraulic clutch Issues or hydraulics in general.
I put it in gear and release the clutch and the tractor does not move, not until I turn the steering wheel back and forth a few times then it starts moving and has full engagement and power.
Also 3 point hitch not lifting all the way up when something heavy is attached.

Time for some trouble shooting. Get the workshop manual.

You'll need to get the WSM and follow the hydraulic testing procedures to figure out what's going on.
It might be the pump is failing, or it might just need a fluid and filter change, or a relief valve is malfunctioning.
FYI: PTO= Power Take Off, Spinning shaft out the back.
Three point is the lift arms.
