Hi, I have an older Kubota tractor I got in 2014 I think. I have used the bush hog, scrape blade and tiller features. Not really heavy usage. Not starting. I replaced the fuel filter and made sure the batter is good. Changed oil. I ran low on diesel and being on a hill it ran out from the lines. I've been trying to start it ever since but not doing anything. After charging the battery, and changing fuel filter and priming the lines it just RaTaTATA noice but does not start.

Bleed the fuel line. Need to open the bleed screw and leave open a bit then click the key to aux mode for about a minute. Close the bleeder screw and then try to start. If it doesn't work repeat the process several times until it starts. Also check the water catchment bowl...does it need cleaned?

You're very likely going to have to bleed it at the injectors.
Using 2 wrenches you loosen the the line at the top of the injector and crank it in short increments till you get fuel flow.
Then tighten the lines.
DO NOT use starting fluid!

Ran my 3200 out of fuel a couple times. Bleeding isn't as easy as it would seem. Take your time and follow Wolfman's advice.
