I have found a Kubota L275 and and I have few questions......
Here are the specs on the tractor
27.5 HP
400 Hours
comes with loader, brushhog, and rear blade.
Not sure of the year but early 80's I assume.

Are there any issues with this model I should be aware of? I do not have a lot of experience with these machines. I am primarily looking at it to do some food plots for deer hunting, and other small jobs.

What do you think would be an approximate value on this tractor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The L275 is a great mid sized tractor. My dad has owned one since new in the early 80's and used it for his landscaping business. No known issues or major problems with the tractor so I'd be willing to say the one you look at will be fine. But do use your own judgement a little, if it seems like its been totally used and abused hard then walk away. The 400 hours on the meter is probably not accurate as most of the time the cable would break coming from the engine or the meter will roll all the way over to zero again.
